Surgi Shoppee

We have our shop set up near the Thykkavu Bus Stop, just off NH 17 in the Edappally area. It’s a good location because we are close to both Aster Medicity and the Amrita Institute of Medical Sciences. We deal with surgical supplies and medical equipment. The shop is at number IV/351-A B. It’s a busy road with a lot of traffic heading towards the hospitals. We spend most of our time organizing the stock on the shelves and helping people who walk in looking for specific medical items. It’s a practical shop, not very large, but we try to keep what’s needed. We don't have any flashy displays. It’s mostly boxes and glass cases for the instruments. Since we are near the big hospitals, we see a lot of people who are in a hurry or dealing with stressful situations. We just try to find what they need quickly. The staff here is small. We've been at this spot for some time. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded inside when a lot of customers come at once. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show the products and tell people the prices. It’s a straightforward way to run a shop. We keep the doors open and wait for the next person to come by from the bus stop. We focus on the daily stuff like checking expiry dates and ordering more stock. It’s just how we do things.
