Our facility is located near Kadi, right on the Kadi Kaloi Road in the Gidc industrial area. Being in an industrial zone means there are always big trucks and heavy machinery moving around outside our gates. We build machines here from the ground up. It is a long process that involves a lot of assembly and testing. The shop floor is quite large, but it feels small once we have several projects going at once. We have a small crew of men who have been doing this for a long time. We don't spend any time on fancy brochures or corporate presentations. Most of our work comes from people who know the kind of equipment we put together. The air inside is often thick with the smell of grease and burnt metal from the welding. It gets very loud when the assembly line is moving. Sometimes a part from a supplier is late and we have to shuffle our whole schedule around, which is frustrating but part of the job. We have our lunch in a small corner of the warehouse where it is a bit quieter. It is a very hands-on environment and we are always looking at blueprints or checking tolerances with calipers. We are not a giant company with thousands of employees. We are just a local manufacturing unit in Kadi trying to make sure every machine that leaves here actually works the way it should.
