You can find us on the second floor of the Palm Lands Building, right at the Bank Junction in Aluva. It’s a very central spot, so we hear the traffic and the horns from the junction all day long. The building is one of those older ones with a narrow staircase that’s a bit of a climb. Once you get up here, it’s a bit more peaceful than the street below. We have a modest setup with a few workstations and a small area for keeping our equipment. There isn’t much in the way of decoration, just some old photos on the walls and plenty of binders. We spend a lot of time looking at screens or checking technical drawings. It’s a small team, and we’ve all known each other for years, so the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't go in for corporate talk or fancy titles. Everyone just does what needs to be done. During the monsoon, the rain really drums on the roof and makes it hard to talk, so we just focus on our work. Lunch usually happens at our desks or at one of the small hotels nearby. We like being in Aluva because everything is close by, even if the junction gets a bit crazy during rush hour. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay busy and get things right the first time. It is what it is and we manage okay most days.
