Our office is over at the Earthen Cube building in Maradu, Cochin. It’s a decent spot, easy enough for people to find once they are in the area. We do technical work, mostly involving property and materials, I guess you could say. The name of the building is a bit unique, so people usually remember it. Inside, it’s mostly just us and our computers. We spend a lot of time looking at data and reports. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but we enjoy the details of it. We are a small team, and we’ve been at this for a few years now. We don't have a big reception area or a coffee machine that does everything. We just bring our own mugs and get to work. Sometimes the rain in Cochin makes it hard to get to the office on time, but we usually make it work. We don't do much in the way of marketing. Most of the people who hire us already know what we do. We just focus on getting the reports right and making sure we haven't missed anything important. It’s a quiet, focused kind of environment most days. We don't wear suits or ties here, usually just whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. We just try to be practical about how we run things and keep the overhead low. It keeps things simple and lets us focus on the technical side of the business.
