M And M Caterers is based right here at Mudavaserry House in the Nazareth area. It’s basically where everything happens, from the planning to the actual cooking. We aren't some massive company with a downtown office, just a local team working out of a house that we’ve converted to fit all our pots and pans. Working out of Nazreth is good because we know the roads and the people around here pretty well. It gets a bit cramped sometimes when we have three different orders going at once, but we've figured out how to make the space work over the years. We started this because we liked making food for people, and it just grew from there. There are days when the kitchen smells like nothing but spices and steam from morning until late at night. We don't do much in the way of fancy advertising; mostly it’s just folks around here telling their neighbors about us. It's a family-run kind of thing, so you might see different cousins or friends helping out when it's a busy weekend. We just focus on getting the food right and making sure it arrives when it’s supposed to. Nothing too complicated about it. We’ve had some long nights preparing for big celebrations, but that’s just part of the job. It feels good when a job is finished and everyone is fed.
