Being near the Nayathode P.O. helps with all the letters and documents we have to send out. The office itself is pretty straightforward. We have a few desks, some old filing cabinets, and a kettle for making tea in the afternoon. It’s not a high-rise building with a lobby. It’s more of a practical space where we can focus. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of stuff waiting to be moved out, but we make it work. The Chittinappilly house area is quite calm most days. We don't really have a big sign outside, just the address 17/182. We deal with exports, so there's always something to keep us busy. People come and go throughout the day.
