We are over at the K V Building in Kattachira, which is part of Tirur. The specific unit number is 2/494. We deal with medical systems, focusing mostly on the technical and supply side of things. It is a small operation, to be honest. The building itself isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but it works perfectly for what we need to do. We spend a lot of our time checking equipment and handling various customer orders. Tirur is a lively town, and we have been tucked away in this particular spot for quite a bit. It is mostly just a few of us working here during the day. We don't have a big reception desk with a dedicated person waiting to greet you. Usually, we are in the back room working on a machine or checking stock. If you need to find us, it is usually easier to just ask the neighbors for the K V Building. We get a lot of phone calls from local clinics that need specific parts or some service done. It is a lot of technical work and looking through manuals. We don't do any big product launches or fancy events. We just make sure the medical gear is ready to be sent out. The space gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the cardboard boxes and spare parts lying around. We try to keep things tidy, but it's a working office. It's just a simple setup for a practical business.
