Kannimel Furnished Apartments

Our apartments are right across from the Indian Express building here in Cochin. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. We have a few units that we keep furnished for people who need a place to stay for a while. It’s not like a hotel where you just get a tiny room; these have actual furniture and a bit more space to move around. We spend a lot of time making sure the beds are made and the kitchen stuff is in the right place. Sometimes the traffic outside can get a bit loud during the day because it’s a central area, but it usually settles down at night. We don't have a big fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. It’s just us taking care of the property. We keep the keys and meet people when they arrive. Most of the time, we are just busy with the upkeep, like fixing a leaky tap or painting a wall. It’s a simple business. We try to keep the rooms feeling like a regular home so people don't feel like they are living out of a suitcase. The building itself is sturdy and has been here for a bit. We like the neighborhood because everything you need is within walking distance. It’s a straightforward place to live if you are in town for work or just visiting. We just make sure the place is ready when the next person arrives.
