You can find Tour Green Travel & Tours at the Kannaparamban Complex, which is right at the ITR Junction in Muvattupuzha. It’s a busy spot with lots of buses and cars going past all the time. Our office is pretty simple, just some desks, computers, and a lot of paper. We spend most of our time looking at screens, checking bus timings, and trying to find the right train tickets for people. It gets a bit hectic during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to go somewhere at the same time. The phone rings a lot, and sometimes we have three people standing at the counter while we’re trying to finish a booking on the computer. It’s a lot of typing and double-checking names and dates. We drink a lot of tea to keep going through the afternoon slump. We’ve been in this building for a while, so we know the other shop owners around the junction. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to work and help people figure out how to get from one place to another. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to explain to customers why the tickets are taking so long to print. It’s just part of the job. We try to be honest about the prices and the timings because nobody likes surprises when they’re traveling. It’s a straightforward business.
