Kannam Padatha Spices

Our place, Kannam Padatha Spices, is located at 281, Vellikulangara Road. We are in the Pady area, which is a place we have known for a long time. It is a straight enough road, and you will find us at number 281 without too much trouble if you are looking. We have been here in Pady doing this for years now. The building is not anything special to look at, just a sturdy place where we spend all of our working hours. We deal with spices every single day of the week. The smell sticks to your clothes and follows you home, but you get used to it after a few months. Most of the people working here are from right around the Vellikulangara Road area. It is a real local operation. We do not try to be anything we are not. We just process the spices and get them ready for whoever needs them. Sometimes the rain makes the road out front a bit messy, but that is just how it is here in Pady during the monsoon. We keep the doors open and just get on with the tasks we have. It is a lot of manual work, moving heavy bags around and making sure the area is clean. We do not have a fancy website or any big marketing plan. People just know where we are at 281 and they come to us. It is just the way we have always run things.
