Kalyan Wedding Event Management

We are based over in Thrippunithura at the Ayapally Building. It is a quiet enough spot in Ambily Nagar, right near Nadakkavu. Kalyan Wedding Event Management has been around this part of Ernakulam for a good bit now. Managing weddings is basically what we do every single day. It is a lot of talking to families and trying to figure out what they actually want versus what they say they want. We spend a lot of time visiting halls and checking out catering setups. Kerala weddings are a big deal, and there is a lot of pressure to get the timing right. We don't really use a lot of fancy software; it’s mostly just diaries and lots of phone calls. The team here is small. We know the local flower shops and the guys who rent out the chairs. Sometimes the rain messes up our plans, but that is just part of living here. We have to be quick on our feet. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we sit down and hammer out the schedules. We prefer it that way. It keeps the focus on the work. People in Thrippunithura know where to find us if they have a function coming up. We just try to be honest about what can be done and what can't. It is honest work and we are glad to be doing it. We hope to stay here for many more years.
