Kairali Spices & Dry Fruits

Kairali Spices & Dry Fruits is located at 7-896-52, right in the Main Bazaar. Being in the bazaar means we deal with a lot of dust and a lot of people every single day. The shop is filled with bags of nuts, raisins, and all sorts of spices. We spend a lot of our time weighing things out on the scales and tying up small bags for customers. It is a lot of repetitive work, but we are used to it by now. The air in the shop is thick with the smell of cardamom and cloves. We do not have a big warehouse, so we use every inch of the shelf space we have. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we eventually get it sorted out. The Main Bazaar is a loud place with people shouting and bikes honking their horns constantly. You have to speak up just to be heard over the noise. We open early in the morning before it gets too crowded and stay until the sun goes down. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or helping people pick out what they need for their cooking. We do not have a website or anything like that; people just know we are here in the bazaar. It is a simple business, and we just try to get through the daily tasks without too much trouble. It is a long day, but it is what we do to get by.
