Our office, Icubo Designs Private Limited, is located at Building No 530 in Ward No.13. We are over in the Kakkassery area of Kalady, specifically on College Road in Mattoor. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main city. We spend our days drawing up plans and thinking about how spaces should look. We aren't a giant firm with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here who enjoy the design process. Most of our work involves local houses and small commercial spots around Kalady. We like the pace here. Sometimes we walk over to the local tea shop when we need a break from the computer screens. The office is simple. We have our desks, some old sketches on the walls, and plenty of coffee. We don't go for the high-pressure sales stuff. If someone needs a design, they come in, we talk, and we see if we can help them out. The College Road location is easy to find if you are coming through Mattoor. We have been in this building for a bit now and the neighbors are good people. We just focus on the drawings and making sure the measurements are actually correct for the builders. It is steady work and it keeps us busy throughout the year. We are just local designers trying to make spaces work well for people who live around here. It feels like home to us.
