Dezign Plus Interiors Architecture & Turnkey Projects

Our office is Door No B3 in the V Square Building on Pulikillam West Road. We’re over in the Kakkanad area of Ernakulam, right near Chembumukku. It’s a good location, though the traffic on the way to the building can be a bit of a mess during peak hours. We handle a mix of interior design and architecture, and we also do turnkey projects where we try to manage the whole thing from start to finish. The office is usually a bit of a disaster zone with tile samples, paint cans, and folders full of receipts piled up. That’s just how we work. We aren't the type to have a perfectly clean showroom because we’re actually busy doing the work. A lot of our time is spent talking to laborers or trying to track down specific materials in Ernakulam. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page, which isn't always easy. We don't have a polished corporate pitch. We just tell people what will work for their space and what won't. Sometimes that means telling someone their idea is too expensive or won't fit the room, but we’d rather be honest than have problems later. Most of our days are spent between the office and various construction sites, making sure things are moving along as they should. We have been working out of Kakkanad for quite a while now.
