Deconcept Interiors

We’ve been running Deconcept Interiors out of our office in Ma Towers for some time now. Kaloor is a pretty busy part of Kochi, so there is always some noise or something going on right outside our windows. If you’ve ever tried to find a good parking spot around here during the rush, you know it can be a bit of a headache, but we still like being central in Ernakulam. Our team is fairly small. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or a bunch of people in suits. Mostly, it is just a few desks covered in messy sketches, measuring tapes, and probably some half-empty tea cups. We spend our mornings going over floor plans and our afternoons out at various sites checking on how the actual work is progressing. It’s not always very glamorous. There is a lot of dust and loud noise involved when a project is actually happening on-site. We try to keep our advice straightforward. If someone asks if a specific idea will work, we just tell them the truth based on what we’ve seen happen in other houses or offices. We aren't trying to win any big awards or anything; we just want the rooms we work on to be usable and look decent when we’re finished. Sometimes we disagree on where a cabinet should go or what shade of paint is better, but we usually figure it out. We’re just regular people doing our jobs here in Kochi.
