We are down at Pandavath Junction in Maradu, which is part of Ernakulam. Icf India is the name on our sign. It is a simple place. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations or a big corporate lobby. The junction is a busy spot, so there is always noise from the traffic and people going about their business. We like it here because it feels connected to the town. We spend our days working on various tasks. It’s a lot of practical stuff that requires us to stay focused. We have a few desks and some equipment we need for our daily operations. We aren't a massive company with offices all over the world. We are just here in Maradu. We talk to our customers like normal people. We don't have scripts or a marketing department telling us what to say. If things get busy, we just work a bit harder. When it rains, which happens a lot in Kerala, we just keep going. The office is a bit small, but we make it work. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the other business owners nearby. It’s a decent community to be a part of. We just focus on the work in front of us and try to be helpful whenever someone comes in. No big speeches or promises, just the same daily routine and getting things finished on time.
