Hesel Engineering Pvt Ltd is situated in the Kadavanthra area, specifically on Thottungathara Road in Ananthuruthy. It’s a slightly quieter part of the city compared to the main junctions, which is nice for a change. Our office is a simple building where we manage our engineering projects. We have a few rooms dedicated to design and a small area for meetings that usually just involves a lot of printed plans spread out on a table. The atmosphere is generally calm, with the sound of the ceiling fans being the loudest thing in the room. We work on a lot of structural and mechanical designs. There is a small garden patch outside the front door that one of the staff members looks after. It makes the place feel a bit more like a home. We don't have much in the way of corporate branding; it’s mostly just us and our computers. Most of the people here have been in the engineering field for decades. We often share a pot of coffee in the afternoons and talk about how the industry has changed since we started. It’s a grounded place where we focus on the technical details rather than trying to impress anyone. The road outside can get a bit muddy during the monsoon, but we don't mind much as long as the work gets finished. It is a solid place to spend our days with a good group.
