Herbs Health Foundtion & World Of Yoga

Our place is over on Ravipuram Road, specifically in the Ganam building. It’s easy to find if you’re familiar with the Ravipuram area, though sometimes traffic on the main road can be a bit much. We do a mix of things here, mostly centered around yoga and herbal stuff. The rooms are set up for people to come in and practice, nothing too fancy, just mats on the floor and enough space to move. Some days the morning sessions are quiet, and other times it’s a bit louder when a bigger group shows up. We also have the herbal side of things where we keep different products and supplies on the shelves. It smells a bit like dried leaves and incense most of the time, which some people like and others find a bit strong. The foundation part of the name sounds formal, but really we’re just a local spot where people stop by to stretch or ask about certain herbs. We don’t have a big front desk staff or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just see one of us tidying up the yoga mats or reorganizing the bottles. Ravipuram is a busy part of town, so having this little space tucked away feels okay. It’s not a spa or a high-end gym. It’s just a house-like setting where we spend our time working with yoga and natural things. People come in, do their bit, and head back out to the street. It is a simple life for us.
