Our place is located on Dhanya Prasanthi Lane in the Poonithura area of Kochi. It's a bit of a tucked-away spot in Ernakulam, so you have to look closely for the turn-off. Ergo Systems Service P Ltd is where we handle a lot of technical repairs and system maintenance. The workshop floor is usually covered in tools and disassembled parts. It’s a bit messy, but that's how we know work is getting done. We’ve been in this Kochi location for a good bit now, and most of the locals know us as the guys who fix things. It’s humid here, so we usually have the fans going full blast while we work. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People just bring their equipment in, we take a look at it, and tell them what’s wrong. Sometimes it takes longer than we'd like to get the right parts delivered, but we do what we can. The office part of the building is just a small corner where we keep the invoices and the computer. We spend more time on our feet than sitting down. It’s practical work and it can be tiring, but it's what we know how to do. There's usually an old radio playing in the background while we're working on a circuit board or checking a motor. We just keep our heads down and finish the repairs.
