We’re located at G-38 in Panampilly Nagar, which is a fairly nice part of town. Elf Kitchen & Appliance Pvt. Ltd. has been operating from here for some time. It’s a bit different from the industrial zones; it’s more of a residential and commercial mix. Our space isn't huge, but it's enough to show what we have and get our work done. We spend most of our time talking to people about their kitchens and trying to figure out what fits their space. It's not a high-pressure environment here. We just show people what’s available and let them decide. Sometimes it gets a bit quiet in the afternoons, which gives us time to catch up on paperwork and ordering parts. We aren't trying to be some massive chain. We’re just a local company in Kochi trying to provide something useful. The staff here is small, and we all know each other well. We don’t use any fancy scripts when we talk to people. It’s just a normal conversation. If you walk into our place, you’ll see we’re just regular people. We have our good days and our slow days like everyone else. It’s a straightforward business model and we plan to keep it that way for the foreseeable future. Just honest work in a nice neighborhood. We just take it one day at a time here in Kochi.
