G-357 in Panampilly Nagar is where we spend most of our time. It’s a pretty nice part of town, quite green with lots of trees around, though the parking can be a real headache during the lunch rush. We deal with kitchen setups and home stuff, so our space is filled with cabinet doors, handles, and different types of wood samples. Customers wander in mostly in the afternoons to look at things or ask about how to fix up their houses. We don’t have a big sales team or anything like that. Usually, it’s just one or two of us here to answer questions and write down measurements. The back room is a bit cluttered with inventory and boxes that haven't been unpacked yet. We’ve been in this spot for several years now, and we’ve grown used to the rhythm of the street outside. Sometimes the rain in Kerala is so loud on the roof that we can barely hear the phone ringing. We just keep things simple and try to help people figure out what they need for their kitchens without making a big fuss. It’s a local operation, and we know many of our neighbors by name. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures, just the samples on the floor and our notebooks. It’s a practical way to spend the day, and we like being in this neighborhood. Most of the time, we’re just sketching out new designs.
