We are located in the Edessery Building on St Francis Road in Kaloor. It is a well-known spot near the Park Central Hotel. Being in Ernakulam, we see a lot of people coming and going. We started this because people living abroad often have things back home that need looking after. It is mostly paperwork, property stuff, or just checking in on things for families who are not here. We are not a big legal firm or anything fancy. We just know how the local systems work here in Kerala. Kaloor is a central place to be, so it makes it easier for us to get around. Our office is simple. We spend a lot of time on the phone or at government offices. It can be frustrating dealing with red tape, but that is why we are here. We just try to be helpful to the Malayali community living in other countries. Sometimes it is just small tasks, other times it is more involved. We don't have a big marketing team. Most people find us through word of mouth or by just walking into the building. It is a small team here. We keep track of everything in our ledgers and files. It is honest work.
