Chukkukappy Creatives Llp is located at Ottathgikkal House in Uliyanoor. We aren't in a commercial building or an office park. Instead, we actually work right out of this house. This makes for a very different kind of workplace. We do creative work, which means we handle all sorts of design and media tasks. It’s a small group of us, and we’ve mostly known each other for a long time. Working out of a house means things are pretty informal. A dress code or set office hours in the traditional sense aren't things we follow. We just make sure the work gets done when it needs to be done. A few rooms are set up with our gear and computers. Sometimes things get a bit messy with all the cables and papers, but we know where everything is. People in Uliyanoor know who we are, even though we don't have a big sign out front. Marketing and advertising aren't things we spend time on. Most of our projects come from people we’ve worked with before or local folks who need something creative done. The freedom of running our own small business this way is great. It’s not about being the most famous studio around. We just want to do work we enjoy in a place that feels comfortable. We take each project as it comes and try to stay busy.
