Bright Communications

Our office is tucked away on the first floor of the KSHB complex in Panampilly Nagar. It’s a decent enough spot, close to Manorama Junction, so getting here isn't too bad even with the Ernakulam traffic being what it is most afternoons. We spend a lot of time on the phones and at our desks, just keeping up with the daily work that comes through. The building itself is quite busy with other offices, so there’s a lot of coming and going in the hallways throughout the day. We don’t have a massive team, just a few of us who know how things run and keep the place going. Sometimes the air conditioner acts up, or the internet slows down when everyone in the block is using it at once, but we deal with it. It’s not the quietest place because of the traffic noise from the junction outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. We mostly just focus on getting our tasks done and making sure nothing slips through the cracks. It’s a pretty standard workspace with stacks of papers and coffee mugs everywhere. We aren’t trying to be anything grand; we’re just here working every day like everyone else in this part of town. If you need to find us, just look for the KSHB sign and head upstairs. It's a straightforward place where we just handle the communication work that comes our way.
