Bigtree Exports Private Limited

Our office is at 1A in the Pavilion Apartments on P.T. Usha Road. It's a nice enough spot here in Kochi, though finding parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Bigtree Exports Private Limited is just a small operation. We focus on getting things shipped out to where they need to be. Kochi is a good place for this kind of work because of the port and all the activity. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people at the docks. It’s not the kind of job that looks glamorous, but it’s important. We started out with just a couple of desks and a lot of hope. Now we have a bit more of a routine. We handle all kinds of exports, mostly just whatever our clients need us to move. The apartment building is a bit older, but it works for us. We like the neighborhood. There are some good places to grab tea nearby. Most of our day is spent tracking shipments and making sure the boxes get where they are supposed to go. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. It's just us answering the phone and filing the papers. Sometimes things get delayed, and we have to fix it. That's just part of the deal. We try to be straightforward with people and just do what we said we’d do.
