Bamboo Events

Our office is right in the heart of Kochi Fort. This is one of the most interesting parts of Ernakulam to be in. The whole area is full of history and old colonial buildings. We are just a small part of this neighborhood. Working in Kochi Fort means you see a lot of tourists walking around with their cameras and maps. The air smells like the sea and spices sometimes. Our place is not a modern office building. It is more of a traditional space that fits into the local architecture. We have simple wooden furniture and a few plants here and there. It gets quite humid, as you would expect in Kochi, so we have a few fans running all the time. The streets here are narrow and winding, which can be a bit confusing for someone who isn't from around here. We usually walk to the nearby stalls for our lunch or a quick snack. There is always a lot of activity at the fishing nets not too far away. We like being in this part of town because it has a lot of character. It doesn't feel like a sterile business district. We just do our work in our own way and enjoy the vibe of the Fort. Most of the time it is peaceful, except when there is a festival or a lot of visitors. It is just a normal day-to-day life for us in this old part of Kochi.
