Our place is on the first floor of the Silver Plaza Building on E.E.C Market Road. It is right in the Muvattupuzha Market area, near the Punjab National Bank at Keecheripady. Being in the market means there is always a lot of noise and activity, which we have gotten used to over the years. We handle engineering and building projects. It is a lot of coordination between different people and making sure materials show up on the site on time. The office is where we do the planning and keep our records organized. We have been part of the Ernakulam district community for a long time. People around here know us as the guys who get the job done without making a big fuss about it. We do not use any fancy slogans or marketing speak. We just look at the site, look at the budget, and see what can actually be done. Sometimes projects go smooth, and sometimes there are hiccups with the weather or supplies, but we always stay on it until it is finished. It is a practical way of working. The building we are in is easy to get to, and there is usually parking if you time your visit right. We are just a group of builders and engineers trying to build things that last for the long haul. It is what we know how to do best.
