We’ve been here at Vallakalil Junction for a good while now. The shop is right on the ground floor on M.C Road, easy to find if you’re near Ganga Hotel in Muvattupuzha. Most days it’s just us handling whatever comes through the door. People stop by for all sorts of things related to their phones or connections. It’s a busy spot in Ernakulam. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when everyone wants something at once, but that’s how it goes in a small town shop. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect from a communications place. It’s not a fancy office, just a practical setup where we do the work. The traffic outside can be quite loud since we are right on the main road. Most of our neighbors know where we are. We see the same faces every week. We just get on with it. If you are walking past the junction, you’ll see our sign. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. It is just a regular local business. Nothing too complicated. We keep our hours steady so people know when to find us. It feels like home here. The monsoon rains usually make the road outside a bit messy, but we stay dry inside. We have a few chairs for people to wait. It is simple. No big slogans or anything. Just us doing our daily work.
