Our location is the Kaleeckal building, which is right across from the Karimpalil Devi Temple. The address is Hm-Vxi/51 and we are officially under the care of Lalitha Bai Kunjamma. Being right opposite the temple means we always know what day it is because of the music or the crowds that gather for various festivals. It can get quite lively out there, which is a nice change from the quiet work we do inside with medical solutions. The building itself is a bit of a landmark for people in the area, so we just tell everyone to look for the temple and they find us easily. Inside, we have our setup with desks and some storage for our records and equipment. It’s a bit of an old-style building, with thick walls that keep it relatively cool even when it’s boiling outside. We have a small balcony where we sometimes stand to watch the processions go by on the street below. We aren't a big team, so it’s usually just a couple of us handling everything from the morning until we close up in the evening. There’s a lot of paperwork involved in what we do, so we spend a lot of time at our desks. It’s a good spot to work, and we’ve gotten to know a lot of the people who live and work in the surrounding buildings nearby.
