You’ll find us on the third floor at Flat D-8 in the Golden Apartment building, which is on Plot 9-A in Patparganj, over in the Shahdara area. It’s a bit of a climb up to the third floor, but the view of the street isn’t bad. We focus on agricultural management and farming operations from here. It’s a small office, nothing too fancy. Just some chairs, a computer, and a lot of notebooks. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone or sending messages to the teams out on the land. It’s a lot of coordination. Being in Patparganj is convenient because it’s a well-known area and easy to explain to people. We’ve got our routine down. We come in, check the reports from the previous day, and plan out what needs to happen next. It can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but inside we just focus on the work. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to make things look pretty. We just do the accounting and the scheduling and make sure the farm stuff is taken care of. It’s a small, family-style operation. We know each other well and we just get on with it. Sometimes we have tea together and talk about the news. It’s just a normal workplace for normal people doing normal things. We don't try to make it more complicated than it really is.
