3 Hermits Agrotech Private Limited

Our office is over in the Metroplex East Mall, which is part of the District Centre in Laxmi Nagar. We’re in suite 309. It’s a bit of an interesting spot for an agrotech company, being in a mall and all, but it works well for us. Laxmi Nagar is always buzzing with energy and lots of people. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The office is quite practical. We have some desks, a few shelves for our files, and a small corner where we keep the kettle. It’s not one of those high-end places with leather chairs. We prefer it this way because it feels more like home. Most of our time is spent talking to vendors or figuring out tech solutions for farming. The mall can get pretty busy on the weekends, but during the week, it’s a good place to focus. Sometimes the elevators are a bit slow, so we end up waiting around with the other office folks. We’re just a small group trying to keep things moving. We don't have any big speeches or mission statements posted on the walls. We just focus on getting the day's work finished so we can go home. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We like the convenience of being in East Delhi and being part of this local hub. We usually eat our lunch at the desks while catching up on the news.
