Milan Infotech

We’re over at Shop No 17 in the Cosmos Centre, which is part of the Ashiana Gardens area in Sonari. Milan Infotech is a small setup here in Jamshedpur. We mostly handle tech-related stuff and whatever computer problems people have when they walk through the door. Sonari is a nice, mostly residential area, and the Cosmos Centre is a good, familiar spot for us to be located. It's not a massive corporate office with glass walls, just a regular shop where we get things done. We spend a lot of our time looking at screens, keyboard parts, and fixing various hardware issues. It’s honest work and we like the people from the neighborhood who come by. Sometimes things get a bit technical, but we try to explain what’s wrong without using too much confusing jargon. We’ve been here in Ashiana Gardens for some time now and it really feels like home to us. The shop is usually a bit cluttered with cables, old monitors, and various bits of computer equipment. It might look a little messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where every tool is kept. We don't really do much in the way of advertising or marketing. Most people find us because they live nearby or their neighbor told them we were here. Jamshedpur has its own way of doing things, and we fit right into that local rhythm.
