My office is located at 28, Bandhu Path, which is on Tank Road in the Kadma area of Jamshedpur. If you know where Kadma Market is, we are very close to that. It is a handy location for people living around here. I’ve been working from this spot for quite some time now. The room is usually filled with papers and files because there is always something to look at. I don’t have a big team or anything, it is mostly just me and a couple of helpers managing the daily tasks. We deal with whatever paperwork comes our way, mostly related to tax and accounts. The street outside can get a bit noisy when the market is in full swing, but inside it is quiet enough to focus on the numbers. I usually start my day early, have a quick look at the pending files, and then wait for people to come in with their queries. It’s a very straightforward way of working. There are no fancy decorations or complicated systems here. Just a desk, some chairs for visitors, and my old computer that has seen a lot of work over the years. Jamshedpur is a town where people know each other, so many who come here are regulars. We just try to finish the work on time so nobody has to wait too long. I usually lock up by evening and walk through the market on my way home to grab a few things.
