Sokhi Engineering Company

Sokhi Engineering Company is located right at Plot No-1 in Phase I of the Adityapur Industrial Area. Being in Jamshedpur, you get used to the sound of machines and the smell of metal in the air. We’ve been at this spot for quite some time. The workshop is usually a bit loud because of the tools we use, but that’s just how an engineering place works. We started out with just a couple of machines and slowly added more as we went along. It’s not the cleanest place, as there’s always some grease or metal shavings on the floor, but we try to keep it organized enough to find what we need. The industrial area can be a bit confusing with all the different phases, but since we are at Plot 1, people usually find us easily enough. We spend most of our time working on specific parts or fixing things that people bring in. It's hands-on work. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We eat lunch together in the small shed out back when it gets too hot inside. Jamshedpur weather can be tough in the summer. We don’t have a big sales team or anything. If someone needs something done, they just walk in and talk to us directly at the workbench. It’s straightforward and keeps us busy all through the week.
