Sandhu Technocrats Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Plot No. M-7/9 in the 4th Phase of the Adityapur Industrial Area. This part of Gamharia is pretty much all factories and workshops, so it’s always got that industrial feel to it. Our plot is tucked away among a lot of other similar-looking buildings, but we’ve made it our own over the years. We spend a lot of time on the shop floor dealing with whatever projects are currently on the table. It’s often noisy and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting. We don't have a fancy front office with air conditioning that works all the time; it’s more of a practical place where people come to get things made. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially after the rains, so getting supplies in and out can be a challenge sometimes. We just deal with it as it comes. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time, so we know how each other works without having to say much. It’s a straightforward environment without any of that corporate fluff you see in bigger cities. We just focus on the work we have in front of us and try to make sure everything leaves the gate in decent shape. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The days go by fast when you are constantly busy.
