L&T

Over here in Jamshedpur, we are set up at 18 Mig Sangam Vihar. It’s a quiet enough area in Sonari. L&T has been operating from this spot for a good bit of time now. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. It's just a regular office space with a few chairs and some old files. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoons, so we just sit and wait it out. That's life in Sangam Vihar for you. We don't have a fancy lobby or anyone to open the door. You just walk in. The building is a bit older, but it works for what we need. We get our work done without making a fuss. L&T is just the name on the door, really. We spend most of our day here, dealing with whatever comes across the desk. It gets hot in the summer, but the fan helps a little. We've got a routine down. It’s not a big corporate setup. Just us in Sonari, trying to keep things straight. We know the tea seller down the road quite well. He brings us snacks when we’re stuck working late. It’s a decent place to be. We don't have any big plans to move. We like it here in Jamshedpur. It's practical and close to where most of us live, which is the main thing. The floor tiles are a bit chipped near the entrance. We keep a calendar on the wall that is usually a month behind because nobody remembers to flip it. We stay grounded and don't get ahead of ourselves. The street outside is quiet in the mornings, which is nice for getting a head start.
