We are tucked away at L4 - 5 on Cross Road-16 here in Jamshedpur. It’s a busy part of Jharkhand and the office gets a bit warm in the afternoons, but we keep the fans going. Most days involve looking through stacks of papers and talking to people who come in looking for advice on their careers or some help with management stuff. It’s not a fancy glass building, just a regular place where work happens. The neighborhood has a lot of movement. You see people going to work at the plants or just running errands. We spend a lot of time on the phones or typing out reports that need to get finished before the day ends. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but that's just part of life here. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a water cooler that everyone uses. It’s quiet in the mornings before the tea stalls nearby really get going. We just try to keep things organized for the companies that ask us for help. It’s mostly just us sitting around the computers, checking emails, and making sure the files are where they should be. We don't have a big reception area or anything, just a door and some chairs for visitors. It’s a simple setup for Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd, and we like being right here in the middle of the city where everything is happening. There's always someone coming or going.
