Reliance Telecom Limited

Our office is on M.E. School Road right near the Jain Mandir in Jugsalai. If you are familiar with Jamshedpur you know this part of town is always moving and shaking. We handle a lot of the local telecom stuff from this branch. It is a busy building with a lot of foot traffic. There is always someone coming in about their phone connection or a bill they do not understand. We sit behind the counters and try to sort things out. The noise from the street outside is pretty constant especially during the festivals. We have got a small back room where we keep all the files and equipment. It is a bit dusty back there. We have been in this spot for a while so most of the locals know where we are. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations. We just have the basic chairs and desks. Some days the queue gets long and people get a bit impatient but we just go through one person at a time. It is practical work. We spend a lot of time on the computer or checking line signals. We usually lock up around the usual time and head home through the market traffic. It is just a regular local office where we handle the daily grind of keeping people connected. We do not make it more complicated than it needs to be. The ceiling fans hum all day long while we work.
