Icici Prudential

We are set up in a residential part of Jamshedpur, specifically in the Agrico area. Our office is actually Qr. No. 3 in the L4 Type quarters on Road No. 7. It’s a bit different from the usual high-rise office buildings you see in other cities, but Jamshedpur has its own way of doing things. Being in Jharkhand, we get the benefit of a bit more greenery around us compared to the bigger metros. The house we work from is older, with thick walls and windows that let in a decent amount of light during the day. We’ve set up our desks in what used to be the living rooms and bedrooms. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which keeps the atmosphere fairly relaxed for the Icici Prudential team. We handle a lot of paperwork here, so there are always folders stacked on the tables. We don’t have a fancy board room, so we usually just talk over the desks or sit in the small courtyard when the weather is nice. The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, except for when school lets out nearby. We like the pace here because it lets us focus on the details without the constant rush of a city center. It’s a simple, honest setup that has served us well for many years now in this part of town, and we plan to stay here.
