Our office is located in the 3rd Phase of Syndicate Colony over in the Kadma area of Jamshedpur. It’s a bit of a maze back here in Uliyan if you don't know the streets. Jamshedpur is a big industrial city, but our little corner is mostly houses and small offices. We work out of building 1014. It’s a busy spot because we’re always coordinating between the suppliers and the various projects going on. The office inside is pretty basic. We have a few computers that have seen better days and a lot of notebooks scattered around. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow, which can be frustrating when we’re trying to send out reports. We take turns bringing in snacks, and there is a tea stall just down the road that we visit once or twice a day. It’s a local team, and most of us grew up around here or have lived in Jharkhand for a long time. We don't have any big corporate banners hanging up, just the work we do every day. It gets loud when the traffic picks up in the afternoon, but usually, it’s just the sound of us typing and talking on the phones. We just try to keep the business side of the cement work running smoothly so the guys on the sites have what they need. It is mostly a lot of typing and double-checking figures on paper to make sure nothing gets missed.
