Binani Cement Ltd

This spot in Vijay Nagar is where we handle things for Binani Cement. It’s a house really, C/9 in Golmuri, so it’s not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. Jamshedpur is a busy place, and being near the Agrico post office makes it easy for folks to find us if they really need to. We’ve got a small setup here. It stays pretty busy with paperwork and people dropping in. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing outside, and it feels more like a home than a workplace, which is fine by us. We aren't trying to look big or impressive. Working out of Jharkhand has its own rhythm. The roads get crowded, and sometimes mail takes a bit longer than you’d want. We just keep up with the daily tasks. It’s a lot of talking to customers and checking on orders. No one wears a suit here. We wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. It gets humid, and the ceiling fan usually runs all day. We’ve been at this address for a while now, so we know the local tea stall guy and the postman pretty well. It's just a regular life. We don't have any big speeches to give. We just handle the cement business as it comes. It's practical work for practical people. Most days are just about finishing what’s on the desk, and maybe having a chat with Surendra Jha if he’s around.
