I. Psg Pvt. Ltd. is located at No B-41 in the 2nd Phase of the Adityapur Industrial Area. This part of town is dedicated to industry, so it’s full of warehouses and manufacturing units just like ours. We have a functional space here that is mostly taken up by our production setup. It’s not a place for visitors to come and sit in comfort; it’s a working building where things are being made. We have our routine down pretty well after all these years. The morning starts with getting the power on and checking the schedule for the day. Adityapur is a busy hub, and being in the 2nd Phase means we are surrounded by a lot of other companies doing similar hard work. The building itself is plain, just concrete and metal, which is all we really need. We don't put much stock in fancy decorations or marketing materials. Most of our time is spent making sure the operations are running without too much trouble. Sometimes the machines act up or the supplies are late, but we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very practical way to run things. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big corporate image or shiny brochures. We just want to get through the work orders and keep the shop in order. That’s how it is for us at B-41.
