Delicious Bite

We are a small spot located in Pohkseh, right here in Shillong. If you know where Auxilium School is, then you pretty much know where to find us. We have been in this neighborhood for a bit and it feels like a nice community to be part of. Being in a place like Shillong, the weather changes a lot but we are always open and doing our thing. The shop isn't anything too fancy but it serves its purpose for the people living around here. We see a lot of students and parents because of the school nearby. It gets a little hectic when school lets out, but we are used to the noise by now. We just try to keep things simple and honest with our work. There are no big corporate rules here, just a few of us trying to make a living and providing something useful to the locals in Pohkseh. Most people who come in are regulars who we know by name. It is nice to have that kind of connection with the customers. We spend most of our day prepping and making sure everything is ready for whoever walks through the door. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us in this part of town. If you are ever walking past the school, you will probably see our sign and can just walk right in.
