Project Engineer

Our office is located at 4A/58 Shankar Road in New Delhi. It is a well-known area, and being at 4A/58 puts us right in the middle of a lot of activity. Project Engineer operates from this space, and it’s a fairly typical Delhi setup. The rooms are a bit cramped because we have so much equipment and so many files. Shankar Road is always busy, so there is a constant hum of engines and horns outside our window. We don’t really notice it anymore. We spend most of our time at our desks, usually with a cup of tea nearby. The building is older, which gives it a bit of character, even if the stairs are a little steep. We’ve been at 4A/58 for a long time. It’s where we’ve handled all kinds of different jobs over the years. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just handle the engineering side of things. It’s practical work for practical people. Most days involve a lot of checking and re-checking details. We keep a fairly loose schedule, staying as long as we need to get the project right. New Delhi is a fast-moving city, but inside our office, we try to take things one step at a time. It’s just us at 4A/58, doing the best we can with the tools we have. It’s a simple, no-nonsense place.
