Yks Designs

Our place is at H-44, up on the 3rd floor. It’s a bit of a climb if you aren’t used to it, but the view of the street from the window is alright. Yks Designs is just a small outfit. We do our work here and try to keep things organized, though it gets a bit messy with all the drawings and notes lying around. The 3rd floor stays relatively quiet compared to the ground level, which helps when we need to focus. It’s a basic office with a few chairs and computers. We spend most of our hours here, sometimes late into the evening when a deadline is coming up. The building itself has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and it’s where we feel at home. We don’t have a big reception area or anything like that because we’re usually too busy working to sit around. People sometimes get confused finding the right door at H-44, but once you’re inside, it’s just us. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and we know the tea stall guy and the nearby shops pretty well. It’s just a normal workplace for us. We don’t go in for big speeches or fancy titles; we just come in, do the design work, and head home. That’s really all there is to it at our spot on the 3rd floor. Sometimes it gets a bit hot in the afternoons, but we have a fan that does the job well enough for everyone.
