If you’re looking for us, we’re in G-1 at Bansal House. It’s right near Mayur Vihar Phase 2, in the East Vinod Nagar area. Most people use Bansal House as the landmark to find us. Star Mind Solutions is a fairly quiet place most of the time. We aren't a big agency with lots of departments. It’s just us in a ground-floor space, trying to keep our heads down and get through the work. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small shops, so it feels very lived-in. We like being on the ground floor because it’s easy to duck in and out when we’re busy. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy like that. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. We spend our days mostly working on computers and talking to people on the phone. It’s not particularly glamorous, but it’s steady. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local chai wala and the guy who runs the stationery shop nearby. Those small connections make the day better. We don't really have a big marketing plan for ourselves. We just figure that if we do what we’re supposed to do, things will work out fine. It’s just a regular business run by regular people who live nearby. We don't try to be something we’re not, and we don't use fancy jargon to sound more important. We just get the work done.
