Hospitality Worldwide

Hospitality Worldwide is based in Room 104 at Pankaj Plaza in Rishabh Vihar, near Preet Vihar. It is a typical commercial building with a lot going on. Our office is small and functional. We don't spend money on expensive furniture or big displays. We mostly work on connecting people with jobs in the hotel and service industry. It means a lot of interviewing and looking through resumes all day. Preet Vihar is a good location for us because the metro is right there, making it easy for candidates to come in for a chat. Sometimes the hallway outside our door gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of people scheduled, but we try to keep things moving. We aren't some giant recruitment firm. We are just a few people who have worked in hotels before and know what the managers are looking for. Our walls are pretty bare, except for a calendar and a few notes pinned up. We don't have a receptionist to greet you; you usually just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a very simple way of working. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking emails to see who needs help. It’s not always easy, but it feels good when we help someone find a decent place to work. We just keep at it, day after day, from this little office in Rishabh Vihar. It’s a quiet life, but it keeps us busy and out of trouble.
