Our office is on the ground floor of building G/16 in Preet Vihar. It’s a pretty easy place to find if you’re in the neighborhood. We spend most of our days on the phone or sitting at computers trying to coordinate different parts of an event. It’s not just one thing; we handle a bit of everything from the logistics to the actual day-of management. The space is filled with files, old event photos, and boxes of badges or lanyards from past jobs. We aren't the type to have a polished, minimal office. It feels like a real workplace where things are actually getting done. Preet Vihar is a good location for us because it’s central to a lot of our clients. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have three different events happening on the same weekend, but we’ve learned how to stay calm. The staff here has been around for a while, so we all know each other’s habits. We don't spend much on marketing because most of our work comes from people who have seen what we do at other functions. It’s just about being there and making sure the plan is followed. We like the work, even when the hours get long and the deadlines start closing in. There’s a stack of old magazines in the corner that nobody ever reads, and the printer usually needs a little kick to start, but we get the job done every time.
