We’ve got our office at room 204 in the M. J. Shopping Centre 3. It’s located in the Veer Savarkar Block over in Shakarpur. Being in a shopping center might sound strange for a business like ours, but it’s actually quite convenient. There are plenty of shops around and it’s easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a while now, tucked away on the second floor. The office is pretty small, just enough space for a few desks and our files. We spend most of our time talking to clients on the phone or working through technical drawings for boilers. It’s technical work, but we try to explain things in plain English. Shakarpur is a crowded area, so there’s always noise coming up from the street. You can hear the rickshaws and the people chatting outside. We have a small team, and we’ve all known each other for a long time. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just all chip in and do what’s needed. Sometimes the elevator in the building doesn't work, so we have to take the stairs, which is good exercise I suppose. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our work comes from people who have heard about us from others. It’s a humble setup, but it’s ours, and we make it work every day.
