Our spot is at A-27/B on Street No.1 in West Vinod Nagar. Pradeep Kumar Shukla is the one who keeps things moving around here. It’s a bit of a maze getting through the streets of New Delhi 110092, especially when the traffic is heavy. We’ve got a phone number, 9810418816, that rings more than we’d like sometimes. The office is right in the middle of a residential area so it feels very local. We aren't a giant company with glass walls. It’s more of a place where we sit down, have some chai, and figure out the day’s tasks. Tacit India has been around this neighborhood for a bit. We deal with whatever comes our way. Sometimes it’s busy and other times we’re just waiting for the next thing to happen. The street outside is always full of life, kids playing or people heading to the market. We just fit in there. It’s a simple setup. A few chairs, some old files, and a couple of computers that have seen better days. We don't spend money on decorations because that’s not what we are about. We just want to get through the work and go home. People stop by to chat sometimes. It’s that kind of place. We don’t make a big fuss about things. We just do what we do. It is just a normal office where we spend our hours together.
